🍵 How to Brew Your Mindful Escape
☕ Hot Brew Method
Step 1: Use fresh, filtered, or spring water.
Step 2: Add 1 teaspoons of Mindful Escape tea per 8 oz (250 ml) cup.
Step 3: Heat water to 90°C – 95°C (194°F – 203°F) — just below boiling.
Step 4: Steep for 4–6 minutes to release the full flavor and aroma.
Step 5: Sip slowly. Enjoy plain or with a drizzle of honey for extra comfort.

Step 1: Brew your tea double strength using the same steps above.
Step 2: Let it cool slightly, then pour over ice.
